The Topstage is where the Camera mounts to the sled, via a dovetail mounting plate, and allows subtle balancing of the camera and sled.

MK-V has a number of Topstages for all needs - the standard and the deluxe. Currently, we have the Standard Topstage and Deluxe Topstages available.

All MK-V Topstages are compatible with MK 1,2& 3/3a, EFP, PRO posts.

The Deluxe Topstage

The deluxe Topstage is a drop in design, which means when you place the dovetail plate onto the topstage it locks automatically.

This is a lightweight extremely rigid topstage. This comes with a J-Box /focus mount.

This is the topstage we recommend for the MK-V AR System.

Deluxe dovetail plate

All topstages from MK-V come with 2 x Dovetail plates and 15mm bars as standard.

We also sell spare plates as well.

The MK-V Standard Topstage

The MK-V Standard Topstage is CP Mk 1,2,3,3a and EFP, PRO Plate compatible.

This is a very rigid cost effective topstage that has a lock for the fore and aft.

It also has Side to side.

The Standard Dovetail plate is backwards compatible with the CP sleds and PRO Topstages (DB).

The gear track is removeable for use with the PRO.
