There are basically 2 types of vests – front mounted and back mounted.
Both have their place. There is a lot of talk about which is best etc. But at the end of the day it is up to you.
A vest is a very personal item as you will be in it all day.
All I can say is, I personally now for the last 8 years have used the Klassen and I love it,
I used a front mount for 17 years.
But for dry hire and rental, the front mount is more useful.
