This is the MK-V flagship system and was specifically designed for working with the MK-V AR system.

The Nexus base system (patent pending) is more Film & Digital orientated – with numerous battery combination’s and set ups. Combined with the New V3+ D-Box system you have SD and HD-SDI monitor outputs, AR control and recorder in/out.

Used with the V2″ Advanced Gimbal and MK-V 2″ 4 stage post – this system combines total flexibility with tremendous stability.

The V2 and the New V3 Nexus base can now be inverted over the sides of the D-Box. This will give you the most compact version of the Nexus where the sled ends at the bottom of the D-Box.
This makes the whole sled even with the 2″ 4 stage Superpost shorter than a PRO 2 sled.

The V2 Base is Invertible – therefore the bottom of the sled is just under the D-Box.

The New V3 Nexus Base can now also mount sideways, which gives better battery clearance and also keeps all the batteries in line.

The New Genesis system part of the Infinity system

The Genesis base and Monitor arm

The new V2 (Lite) base Genesis is an All new (patent pending) design,

(me with the PFX 3D SI rig)

The Main innovation of the V2 Genesis base, apart from the lightweight, is that the whole base can be inverted, so the post can either join to the D-Box as normal or to the base it self – this allows for the user to put their own cables down the post, very useful with new cameras like the RED One and the SI Mini. (2” 2 stage post recommended for this)

The V2 Lite D-box has all the usual power and video features inc 12v & 24v and HD-SDI as standard.
And by changing the battery bars from Carbon Fibre 19mm ( ¾”) to either Aluminium or Steel you can dramatically alter the weight of the base of the sled.

This is a Very light sled base system, and it flies like a much heavier sled, it is a very stable platform.

The ALL New MK-V LW ‘ARRI’ Compatible Sliding base plate.

The new Dovetail plate is totally compatible with ARRI’s industry standard Sliding dovetail plate system.

With the new breed of Digital cameras and more demanding schedules, this is a simple and light weight solution from tripod to Sled.

The new Plate System includes 2x LW 19mm Infinity bars (Or 15mm if preferred),
that combined with this plate can save upto 2kgs or 4lbs from the top of your sled.

Also ideal for Jibs and Crane work. The Hole pattern will work with Any dovetail plate system.

This is a truly modular System with Numerous new features and even a seat.

This NEW kit starts at $2,950 for the lean steer, base frame and hardmount.
And can be fitted to Any new style Segway, so now you can ship the kit and hire the Segway locally.

This base or Sled system is as simple as possible and part of the Infinity system.

The Infinity Base is basically 2 Genesis Monitor arms, one with the Monitor Clamp and one with the battery clamp.

It makes it a very versatile sled as there are so many options and it is very easy to change.

This also allows complete freedom to add user cables up the post.

The Infinity Base works with Any MK-V post system.

At long last I have managed to Upgrade the ‘Steadicam’ Master.

This has been the trickiest upgrade of them all due to master’s “Unique” build..

Now you are able to keep the main parts and replace the rest.

You keep the Post, Gimbal, topstage and Monitor from the Master
and then the rest is replaced with new MK-V mechanical and Electronic parts.

This linked into the Master Post and topstage, gives the user 12v & 24v as standard and SD Video.

(it weights the same as a V3+ deluxe Nexus and AR system together…)

The Master topstage is very heavy, so I have had to balance this out,
so the Upgraded sled is still much lighter than before,
but not as light as a Nexus or Genesis sled.

We also have Master Arm upgrades that lower the spring rating
and are easy to add or remove as needed.

All parts of the upgrade (apart from the post mount) are usable in any of the MK-V sled systems
and it is easy to upgrade from this package into a full MK-V Sled system.

We can also now upgrade your Master’s Batteries to Any of the popular battery mounts
All we need from you is a dead or spare battery. This also allows hot swapping.

And you can still use your normal Master batteries if you wish.
Or modify them so you can have Anton Bauer and V-lock that can change in seconds.

The new MK-V Infinity System is a range of products with infinite combination’s,
all parts are designed to be completely interchangeable
and able to offer infinite options from the base of a sled to a weight cage or hand held rig.
Or indeed anything you can imagine. We have other parts coming on line soon, in the Infinity range.

The MK-V Infinity system is based around the Genesis 19mm bar and clamp system.

We have 4 types of clamps:-

Main Clamp – this is the back bone of the system and have numerous mounting positions.
The HD-SLR Cage is made from these.

Battery Clamp – this is a stylish and very useful 45 deg mounting battery plate clamp.
2 of these can be mounted together with a option plate to do 90 degs

Monitor Clamp – this is the front of the Genesis monitor arm and can be used in a number of ways.
It is available with a PRO or CP style mount on, or even a Master series monitor spud.
Or you can screw a ¼” adjustable arm in and use RED LCD Monitor.
Or what ever monitor or Monitor you would like.
It is also possible to use multiples of these clamps.
This also works very well with the HD-SLR cage.

Monitor Post mount clamp – this combined with the 2” post clamp offer a huge range of options.
This can be used as the Genesis Monitor arm or as a Base using the Battery Clamp.
By using 2 of these you can have a simple and lightweight sled.

All these clamps work with the MK-V Infinity System 19mm bars.

Available in 4″, 6″, 8″, 10″, 12″, 14″ and 16″ as standard in Black Alu
(10cm, 15cm, 20cm, 25cm, 30cm, 35cm & 40cm)

Carbon Fiber Bars (lighter) and Steel Bars (heavier) are also available

This simple but very stable and lightweight base system, is a great starting point.

It maybe simple, but it has wonderful inertia and is fully upgradeable.

This base can be used with either 1.5″ or 2″ posts, with or without electronics.
User cabling is supported with this base.

This base is totally compatible with ALL upgrades and the Genesis and HD-SLR cage
and is part of the infinity system
